The law firm was founded by Geoffrey E. Marr who has practiced law for over 35 years and personally oversees each case. I also have affiliations with other attorneys including Deepalie Milie Joshi who serves as “of counsel” to my firm. I also serve as “of counsel” to Adler Law Group, APLC. Since 1985, Attorney Geoffrey E. Marr has lived and worked in San Diego predominately serving the Southern California business community as well as representing many nationally based lenders, financial institutions, leasing companies and creditors. Mr. Marr has also represented many debtors in all aspects of consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases over the last 25 years.
Mr. Marr has emphasized representation of his clients in both litigation and transactional related matters primarily practicing in real property, collection, creditor rights, commercial business and bankruptcy related matters.

Mr. Marr is able to often provide comparable legal services to major law firms at a number lower hourly or flat fee rates providing superior legal services. Mr. Marr is licensed to appear in all Courts in the State of California including the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts.
